Design Services:

 

Select can provide full design of M&E Services. All design work is undertaken by fully qualified staff, with Select carrying full Professional Indemnity insurance ( 2 Million for any one Contract ).  All design calculations are carried out on Industry recognised computer design programs, with all print-out results available on request by clients. Design drawings are provided on latest version of Auto-Cad or PDF format to suit client requirements.

 

Survey & Report Services of existing systems with recommendations for remedial or correction works required, can be provided.

 

Full Contract Programme supervision to ensure systems are installed to design requirements can be provided.

 

This service is provided to End user Clients, Building Services Consultants & Main Contractors alike.

 

Installation Services :

 

Full Design & Build Contract installation work of M&E services can be provided with Select only requiring Tender drawings and Clients outline Specification/Brief.

 

Standard Sub-Contract works involving Consultant Design input of Services detailed can also be provided.

 

Select carry Public Liability Insurance of £10,000,000.00 and only fully qualified/approved engineers are utilised for installation works.

 

Construction Design & Management regulations are fully adhered  ( required paperwork provided, see Section 7 ) during work undertaken, with Operation & Maintenance Manuals ( Including  m & E test results ) supplied.

 

This Service is provided to many Blue chip/End user Clients, Main Contractors & Service Consultants.
